16) Religion may be a lie, but spam sure is no lie! Anonymous

17) Religion is the false hopes of humanity trying their hardest for security and feeling safe with invisible superior beings/entities that there is no proof of whatsoever. I'd rather put my faith in things that I can see, feel, smell, taste even. Things that are here to comfort me and make me feel at home. Things that I can believe in without someone telling me how to do so. Like the sky, and flowers, and grass, and REAL food! Not, hot pockets and fancy restaraunt food, but straight from the garden. Natural, untampered-with food. And water. Thats all I need. cc

21) Nonexistence is very difficult to prove. I wonder if you've considered the implications of your statement and have backed it up with evidence, or have made an assumption based on a very limited amount of evidence and experience. A single exception leaves your statement dead. Agnosticism states that it is not known (at least not to the agnostic person) whether there is a higher power. In addition, one who does believe in a god only have to have knowledge of that god, while an atheist must possess all knowledge in order to know that god does not exist. Anonymous

33) For the person in #21...that is religion, making an assumption that one must do certian things in order to be socially accepted as a religious person (i.e. Praying, going to church etc...) but I have found that one can simply believe, in their body and soul,in something greater than themselves without going to chruch or adhearing to religious laws that imperfect human beings, specifically men, thought up one day because they were sick and tired of people not doing things the way they wanted to. I think that people should be free to choose what they believe, as free as they can be anyway, and others shouldn't force their beliefs on them or punish them for having different beliefs. Religion is always a good conversation but it should also be about god.I mean, that just sounds logical to me since religion is not always how you practice it, but what you are religious ABOUT.
